| KAPPA P and KAPPA P MINERAL are plastoelastomeric quality prefabricated waterproofing membranes. They are made with special distilled bitumen and modified POLYPROPYLENE base and are equipped with a thermo-stabilised non-woven polyester reinforcement. This offers good mechanical characteristics and elongation at break. The special compound guarantees high flexibility at low temperatures. | MINERAL KAPPA P and MINERAL KAPPA are versatile membranes with a good mechanical resistance and dimensional stability. For these characteristics they are used as first layer in the multi-layer waterproofing. |

| How to apply |
| KAPPA P and KAPPA P MINERAL has both surfaces covered with POLYFLAM, the special polyethylene anti-adhesive film to be torched during application; in the mineral version, the top surface is covered by a uniform layer of natural or coloured slate chips and supplied with an overlapping strip. The substrate must be dry, clean and smooth. The membrane is applied by torching it with a light propane gas flame. Application is quick and easy. |
