| FLEXO S6 - FLEXO S6 MINERAL are high performance prefabricated elastomeric waterproofing membranes, formed from a compound based on distilled bitumen and highly rubberised reconstituted elastomeric thermoplastic resin (SBS) with a reinforcement made of continuous polyester non-woven filament; SPUNBOND. This particular reinforcement, besides being unrottable, allows the membrane excellent mechanical characteristics, a good tensile strength and high puncturing resistance. The special elastomeric compound (elongation at break is >1500%) guarantees excellent flexibility even at low temperatures. The avant-garde technology with which these membranes are produced offers a superior quality guarantee. |

| Where to apply |
| The very good elasticity characteristics, due to SBS polymers, make FLEXO S6 AND MINERAL FLEXO S6 suitable for waterproofing structures (stell or prefabricated structures, walkable or non walkable terraces, domes, curved or shed-roofs) subject to cyclic movements or high dimensional changes. The chemical-physical and the mechanical properties of this membrane permit a very good adhesion to the substrate and between the layers. |

| How to apply |
| FLEXO S6 is supplied with the upper face protected by a special anti-adhesive polyethylene film POLYFLAM and the under face protected by a special transparent polypropylene film to be torched during the application; in the MINERAL version the upper face is finished with a homogeneous layer of natural or coloured slate chips. FLEXO S6 is supplied with both a top and lateral selvedge for overlapping (BYSTOP). Surfaces to be waterproofed must be dry, clean and sufficiently plain or levelled. The product is torched on with a light propane gas flame. It is easy and fast to apply. FLEXO S6 should be protected against UV rays with a proper heavy protection while MINERAL FLEXO S6 can be used as a final layer. |
