Polyglass System Guarantees

Polyglass Guaranteed systems offer clients a straightforward yet comprehensive guarantee.
The guarantee is insurance backed and is available, depending on the system specification, for periods of 10, 15 or 20 years. In the unlikely event of water penetration during the warranty period, either as a result of faulty workmanship or material failure, then Polyglass assures that such defects or faults shall be made good by repair or replacement at no cost to the client.
To qualify for a Polyglass guarantee the project must be carried out in accordance with the relevant Polyglass System specification and the work must be carried out by a Polyglass Approved Contractor.
As part of a planned inspection programme, all Polyglass System 15 guarantees are subject to an inspection at the end of year 10. System 20 guarantees are subject to an inspection at the end of year 10 and year 15.

Polyglass also offer guarantees against product failure for up to 15 years.
